The 10th Batch of the Yoga Instructor Course conducted at Vivekananda Cultural Centre, a unit of Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, was successfully completed with 18 dedicated students completing the programme.

The batch commenced with great enthusiasm and continued over a structured period of four months, during which participants underwent comprehensive training in both the theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga. The course provided students with deeper insights into yogic practices, philosophy, discipline, and holistic living.

As part of the certification process, the students were evaluated by officials from SVYASA University, Bengaluru. The assessment included practical demonstrations, discipline, project report submissions, and viva examinations to ensure a thorough understanding of yogic principles and their application.

A special highlight of this batch was the creative presentation by the students, where they beautifully expressed the essence and values of Yoga through a simple yet meaningful drama performance. Their presentation reflected clarity, teamwork, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of yogic life, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

The Certificate Distribution Ceremony was held on Sunday, 17th May 2026. Certificates were distributed by Swami Mahadevananda, who addressed and inspired the participants with valuable guidance on the importance of Yoga in personal growth, discipline, and service to society.

Yoga Head Sri Biju Dev ji, who conducted and guided the entire four-month course with dedication and care, also addressed the gathering with inspiring words. He encouraged the students to continue their yogic journey sincerely and apply the teachings of Yoga in their day-to-day lives for inner transformation and well-being.

The participants also shared their heartfelt feedback and experiences from the course, expressing gratitude for the valuable learning, discipline, and spiritual atmosphere they received throughout the training.

The programme concluded with a joyful group photograph session, marking the successful completion of another inspiring batch and celebrating the spirit of Yoga, learning, and togetherness
