Rules
1. Participants are requested to dress soberly in tune with the spiritual ambiance of Vivekanandar Illam Campus–a unit of Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai.
2. All are expected to be REGULAR for all the six sessions.
3. All should be seated INSIDE the meditation hall by 6:10 am
4. Meditation mat will be provided.
5. Those who cannot squat down can sit on available chairs.
6. Language of communication will be–English.
