Admissions & Fee Policy

Yoga For Kids-Regular

- Our Kids’ Yoga batch is specially designed for children between the ages of 8 and 15. The sessions are conducted on weekend evenings, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and activity after a busy school week.
- In addition to yoga, we introduce children to traditional indoor and outdoor games. This helps shift their attention away from gadget screens and encourages physical activity, social interaction, and mental engagement.
- We also regularly organize free counselling sessions for children and parenting workshops for parents, conducted by experienced and highly respected professionals in the field. These sessions are aimed at guiding children towards a healthy, balanced mind-set and helping parents to support their growth in a better way.
- Through this holistic approach, we aim to nurture both the body and mind—helping young individuals become confident, mindful, and responsible members of society.
- இந்த குழந்தைகளுக்கான யோகா வகுப்பு 8 முதல் 15 வயதுக்குள் உள்ள குழந்தைகளுக்காக சிறப்பாக அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த வகுப்புகள் வார இறுதிப் பிற்பகல்களில் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன. இது பள்ளிக்கு பிறகு ஓய்வும் செயல்பாடும் கலந்த சிறந்த பயிற்சியாக அமைகிறது.
