- The 182th Catch Them Young Workshop was successfully conducted on Thursday, 05 March 2026, at the Vivekananda Cultural Centre (VCC). The programme witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 64 second-year students from the Banking Management departments of Guru Nanak College, Velachery, who gathered for a day dedicated to learning, reflection, and personal growth.
- The workshop commenced with an invocation that created a calm and focused atmosphere for the sessions that followed. The main session was led by Shri Biju Dev Ji, Head of YoFi Yoga Centre, who has more than 25 years of experience in the field of yoga and value education. A visiting faculty member at several reputed institutions across the three southern states of India, he also regularly serves at VCC, where he trains aspiring yoga instructors.
- In his session on *“Value Education and Yoga,”* Shri Biju Dev Ji shared practical insights on the importance of integrating moral values with yogic practices in daily life. Through engaging explanations and relatable examples, he encouraged the students to cultivate discipline, clarity of mind, and a balanced lifestyle. His interaction helped the participants understand how yoga can serve not only as a physical practice but also as a powerful tool for inner development and responsible living.
- As the workshop drew to a close, several students shared their reflections on the experience. They expressed sincere appreciation for the opportunity and spoke about how the session inspired them to rethink their goals, habits, and personal values.
- The participants also had the opportunity to visit the *Experience Vivekananda Museum*, where they explored the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda through interactive exhibits and inspiring narratives.
- The programme concluded with the distribution of certificates,books, photo of Swami Vivekananda , refreshments, and a group photograph taken in front of Swamiji’s statue, marking the end of a meaningful and memorable learning experience for all the participants.
