180th Catch Them Young Workshop at Vivekananda Cultural Centre The 180th Catch Them Young Workshop was successfully conducted on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, at Swami Ramakrishnananda Hall in the campus of Vivekananda Cultural Centre. The programme welcomed 50 BCA undergraduate students from Guru Nanak College for a day dedicated to reflection, inspiration, and experiential learning. The workshop commenced with a serene invocation, setting a calm and focused tone for the day. This was followed by an orientation session that introduced the students to the vision, legacy, and diverse initiatives of the Vivekananda Cultural Centre and Vivekananda Illam. The session highlighted the institutions’ steadfast commitment to character building, leadership development, and the cultivation of strong national and cultural values among youth. A key highlight of the programme was the inspiring address delivered by Smt. Krishnaveni Ji. Through an engaging and relatable presentation, she vividly brought out the message and ideals of Swami Vivekananda, connecting his timeless teachings with the aspirations and challenges faced by today’s students. Her talk encouraged participants to nurture self-confidence, clarity of purpose, discipline, and a strong moral foundation in their lives. The students participated enthusiastically in the sessions, actively engaging in discussions and sharing thoughtful reflections. Many expressed that the workshop inspired meaningful self-introspection and provided renewed direction and confidence in both their academic pursuits and personal growth.
