Woman Instructor for girls

For Boys: Evening 6.15 to 7.15 (21 Sessions)

For Girls: Morning 6.30 to 7.30 (21 Sessions)

Anyone in the age group of 18 to 21 years and having good health can join the course. Candidates with any disability or disease must obtain the permission of the yoga instructor before joining the course.
